    Domestic Work

    At MJD Electrical we are specialists in domestic electrical work, and no job is to small. Our electricians in the Fylde area are fully qualified and the company has extensive experience in domestic dwellings. We turn up on time, are helpful and work to a very high standard and we have over 15 years experience as electricians.

    We offer a full range of electrical installations from a simple socket replacement to large domestic rewires. We can install additional aerial points, telephone points, energy efficient schemes and smoke alarms.

    We can carry out Electrical Condition Reports (previously known as periodic inspection reports), whether it be in a domestic dwelling or commercial property .A typical domestic situation a periodic inspection should be completed in no greater than 10 year intervals. If the property is rented this is reduced to 5-year intervals. MJD Electrical EICR’s are carried out at a very high standard and we produce computerized certificates.

    MJD Electrical provides commercial electrical services in the Blackpool & Fylde Area. We provide quality electrical services. At MJD Electrical we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and are always well equipped to carry out all types of commercial work. All our electricians have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out electrical testing and inspection. All our work complies with the current electrical standards BS7671 17th edition and our electrical technicians are qualified to NVQ 3 in electrical installation.

    We carry out Commercial Electrical Installation Condition reports and advise you on any part of the installation that needs updated to comply with current regulations. All information about the electrical installation is noted on the end of the report and an evaluation is given.

    Our electricians provide expert solutions whether it be emergency lighting or security lighting. We are there from the design stage, we complete the work and a certificate is always issued to provide you with the peace of mind and insurance backed warranty.
